What manufacturers do you partner with?
We partner with a range of top manufacturers to provide you with quality options for your roofing needs. These include Mule-Hide, CertainTeed, GAF, Owens Corning, IKO, among others.
What materials do you work with?
We work with a variety of high-quality materials tailored to your needs. For shingles, we prefer the durability of GAF. Our commercial projects use Mule-Hide EPDM, while our vinyl siding options include Royal and Mastic. Edco steel siding offers strength, and LP Smartside provides durability. We install Pella and Anderson windows for quality and energy efficiency and offer Western Red Shakes for a classic look. Our custom-fabricated gutters ensure a perfect fit for your home.
Do you offer insurance claim assistance?
Yes and no! We are not insurance adjusters ourselves, but we do have two insurance broker partners that we trust to assist you with any insurance matters related to your project. You are responsible for your own claim and deductible, but we are happy to provide you with photo and damage documentation.
Do you do 24/7 emergency repairs?
Absolutely! If you’re facing a roofing emergency, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at any time!. We’re here to lend a hand and get things sorted out for you!
What’s your typical turnaround time on a job?
Our typical turnaround time for jobs varies depending on the project and the size of the property. For same-day roof replacement, which includes shingle and metal roofs, we aim to complete the job promptly within the same day. For cedar shakes, we strive for a three-day turnaround to ensure quality and efficiency. Siding projects typically take us 2-3 days to complete, ensuring that we deliver the same high-quality workmanship and attention to detail that we’re known for.
Do you offer “free” inspections?
Yes, we provide free inspections and assessments! We take pride in offering professional services, ensuring that our inspections are thorough and accurate. You can rely on us to provide you with the information you need to make informed decisions about your project, all at no cost to you.

Do you offer financing?
Yes, we offer financing through Enhancify, our trusted financing partner. With Enhancify, you can easily apply for loans of up to $200,000 with no impact on your credit score. The quick approval process allows you to start your project with confidence and peace of mind.
Do you offer a labor or workmanship warranty?
We offer comprehensive warranties to ensure your peace of mind. For roofing, we upgrade the manufacturer warranties to a full 50-year non-depreciating guarantee, making it transferable and ensuring long-term protection. This upgrade is beneficial for homeowners, as it can result in insurance premium breaks for 80-85% of our customers. Additionally, we provide a 10-year workmanship warranty on all installation and replacement services, demonstrating our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Please note that we do not offer warranties on repairs.
Who will give me updates on the status of my project?
You’ll stay informed about your project with regular updates from our dedicated foreman or supervisor who will regularly be on your job site. Their presence ensures that your project progresses smoothly and that any questions or concerns you have are addressed promptly.
How soon can you get to my house for an inspection after I first contact you?
As soon as someone calls, we assign a field representative to be there within 24 hours (depending on your availability of course!)
