Position Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team to new heights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring, training, guiding, and managing a team of sales professionals while also actively contributing to sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales representatives
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Set and track team goals, ensuring targets are consistently met
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and escalations as needed
- Actively participate in sales efforts, including prospecting, presenting, and closing deals
- Maintain accurate sales reports and provide regular updates to company leadership
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary based on experience ($50,000-$80,000)
- Commission on personal sales
- Override commission on all sales made by your team

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management or team leadership, preferably in the home exterior or construction industry
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best
- Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
